J. Alexander’s was a very labor intensive, general construction
project. Electrical conduit was mechanically fastened to the existing
wood deck. So, when our polyisocyanurate insulation had to be attached
at a level state, we had to cut each piece to channel over hundreds of
feet of the conduit.
